Ingredients

Squid 6-8 carcasses
Rice 100 g
Chicken meat 300 g
Onion 1-2 pcs
Salt, seasoning taste
Kefir 100 ml

Cooking method

    Peel and rinse squid carcasses.

    Boil chicken and rice. Fry the onions. Finely chop the fillet or make minced meat. Add rice, onion, salt, seasonings, a little kefir. Mix.
  • Squid stuffed with rice and chicken
    Put squid carcasses in boiling water and cook for two minutes. Take out and cool. Stuff the squid with the filling. Fold into a greased form. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
