Who ever made jellied meat in a slow cooker?
Cook like a regular jellied meat. I just wanted to kill two birds with one stone: to cook quickly, and not to stand at the stove. Therefore, I first let it boil on the stove, skimmed off the foam, then poured everything into a slowcooker and left it overnight. Next, follow the usual recipe, as you always cook. Probably, nevertheless, you need to let it boil on the stove, then drain the first water with the foam, and only then pour everything into a slow cooker. And every housewife has her own recipe, depending on personal preferences.

I forgot to add: first bring to a boil on high, then switch to low.

I have never made Caprice jellied meat, but I wanted to make it in a slow cooker so as not to bother with the stove, if you can give your recipe for jellied meat.

tanya1962, I don't have the exact proportions of my recipe. I always do it by eye and always to the point. I can only say that I do not drain the first water, but remove the foam, periodically remove the fat during cooking, at the end I do not put vinegar, and I like more garlic. Then I put it in the jellied meat that is turned off.
The last time I cooked it from chicken legs with pork hooves.
