Ingredients

Dark chocolate, no filler (at least 70% cocoa) 60 gr.
Chocolate syrup (ready-made, in a bottle) 2 tbsp. l.
Eggs 4 things.
Milk 1 tbsp.
Drinking strawberry yoghurt 3/4 Art.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp.

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  • 2. Whisk eggs at room temperature.
  • 3. Add room temperature yoghurt and warmed milk to the eggs.
  • 4. Add sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix well.
  • 5. Combine melted chocolate with chocolate syrup. Add to dough. Stir well with a whisk until smooth.
  • 6. Introduce the sifted flour. Mix well.
  • 7. Let the dough rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 8. Bake as usual pancakes on both sides in a pancake pan greased with vegetable oil. Use medium heat or just below average. I baked at the "5" heating position from "9".

It is important that the food is at room temperature and the milk is warmed up, otherwise the melted chocolate added to the liquid ingredients will solidify again and will be difficult to add to the dough.

These are my oldest son's favorite pancakes. Pancakes are thin, tender, with a pronounced CHOCOLATE taste, moderately sweet, very plastic. Hot pancakes are soft in the center, crunchy edges. After some time, under the hood, they become soft along the entire diameter.

Do not overdry! Do not blush the pancakes too much. As soon as one side of the pancake turns dull, turn the pancake over, wait a few seconds and remove from the pan. By the way, the pancakes turn over perfectly.

Can be eaten separately with the same chocolate syrup (for shokomanov), can be eaten with ice cream or whipped cream and fresh berries or fruits, for example, pineapple, pear, strawberry, etc. Pancakes are perfectly soaked, you can make a fantasy cake from them, decorating sprigs of mint. Or you can just sprinkle it with icing sugar and you will be HAPPINESS :-))
