Dough (for 2 thin pizzas of 25-30 cm diam.) 200 ml warm water
270-300 g flour (I always get 300)
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp Sahara
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp. l. olive oil.
Combine water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes. Add a cup of flour (140g) and mix the salt. Gradually adding flour, knead until the dough becomes soft and elastic (be guided by the consistency of the dough, not just the amount of flour in the recipe).
Grease the dough on all sides with olive oil and put in a large bowl, cover with plastic foil and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or twice.
Remove the dough from the bowl, put it on a cutting surface, let it rest for 5 minutes. Then divide it into 2 parts and roll out 2 thin circles.
