Turn off the silt stove, pulled it out after 40 minutes. I walked along the edges with a knife - removed the sides (split form) from the bottom, it was removed perfectly.
The result is a 6 cm biscuit, porous, but the middle has sagged a little. There are no pieces of flour in the middle.

1. How much sugar is the minimum you can put? It turned out very sweet for me
