Mannik with apple and cocoa

Ingredients

Semolina 1 tbsp.
kefir 500 ml
egg 2 pcs.
Apple 2-3 pcs.
wheat flour 1 tbsp.
soda 1 tsp
cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tbsp.
vanillin pinch

Cooking method

  • Soak the semolina in kefir for at least 2 hours, then add the eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly.
  • Peel the apples and cut into small cubes, add 1 cup of chopped apples to the dough.
  • Mix the flour with soda and vanilla, add to the dough and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour one part of the dough into a mold covered with a non-stick mat, add cocoa to the second, mix and pour onto a light dough, distribute evenly in the mold.
  • We bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 30 minutes (until tender)

Unfortunately, the step-by-step photos did not work, show the consistency, but if in words, then the dough should flow from the spatula or container in a thick wide strip, like we do on thick pancakes.
