Cooking method

    Put the oil in a saucepan. Put on a small fire. When the butter has melted, continue cooking until it darkens.

    To understand that the oil is ready, collect the oil from the bottom of the saucepan with a spoon and there will be grains in it and the color will turn brown - ready. Remove from heat and pour oil into a bowl.

    Add sugar, stir and let cool slightly.

    Then add the egg. Beat on high speed until fluffy.

    Add sour cream or you can add yogurt, kefir, cream. Mix.

    Pour in the sifted flour with baking powder. Mix everything. The dough will be smooth and thick.
  • Filling:

    Chop and fry the nuts. Mix with sugar and cinnamon.

    Place the form or culinary ring 16-18 cm on parchment or foil. Put half of the dough, flatten.
  • Surprise cake
    Pour half of the filling on top. And on top of the second part of the dough and again the filling. Bake until a dry match at 160 g for 35-50 minutes depending on the diameter of the ring. Cover the finished cake directly in the ring with a towel and allow to cool completely.
