  • Remove the oil from the refrigerator and leave on the table until softened;
  • Boil 2 eggs hard-boiled, pour cold water over the hot eggs and leave to cool;
  • Peel and core the apple and microwave until softened. I ran the micra 2 times for 4 minutes at a power of 400W;
  • Peel the herring and mackerel, freeing them of entrails, skin and bones. Chop coarsely and place in a tall glass for beating;
  • Separate 1 stalk from a bunch of stalked celery, cut it not coarsely, for the convenience of further chopping;
  • Add softened apple, celery, pickled onion, peeled eggs and soft butter to a glass for beating with herring and mackerel. Beat with an immersion blender (foot) until smooth and fluffy, put in a salad bowl and put in the refrigerator. Serve chilled!
  • It is done, not very quickly, because there are many small actions and you have to cool the products, you need to beat everything at about the same temperature. It turns out very tasty, with a light shade of smoked meats, very tender and airy. Very good on rye bread, great for potatoes. Do and enjoy, health!
