Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 100gr
Gluten-free flour (I used Garnets universal mixture) 100 g
Butter 100 g
Salt, a little
Baking powder 10 g
Vanilla, raisins, candied fruits

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs, add softened butter, salt, vanilla to the beaten eggs and continue beating everything well until smooth. Sift the baking powder with flour and add to the egg mass. Transfer the dough, 1 tablespoon at a time, to the muffin tins. Top with a zest and a couple of candied fruits.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, at 185 degrees, it is advisable to put water down the oven.
