Cottage cheese cake "Royal marble"

Ingredients

The foundation
premium wheat flour 200 BC
butter soft 100 g
baking powder 10 g
sugar 100 g
salt chips.
vanilla sugar 10 g

sugar 80 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
salt chips.
Fill
boiled condensed milk 4 tbsp. l.
sour cream 2.5 Art. l.

Cooking method

  • Curd cake Royal marbleMix flour with baking powder. Sift. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add soft butter to flour mixture.
    Curd cake Royal marbleUsing a "spatula" attachment (aka "bitter", "leaf" or "K-shaped"), at low speed, mix everything until fine crumbs are formed.
    Curd cake Royal marbleFor the filling, combine all the ingredients and beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
  • The mass should look like thick sour cream. If the mass is thinner, then add 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and stir.

    Curd cake Royal marbleBake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes. The top should be reddened.
