And I baked the lemon pie today for the second time this year. True, the first cake turned out to be very brown on top. I forgot that it was very hot in my P2 from the bottom, I opened it after 10 minutes, and there were “cockerels” in places. I had to remove some burnt sugar. And even while he was baking, he also darkened. But all the same it was delicious.
Today I controlled the process, the sugar did not even melt in places, but I put lemons and dough on it. When I baked, I did not set it to full power, I regulated the temperature, because I was afraid that it would be dark again. But it turned out very much even nothing. Have not tasted it yet.
I rubbed the lemons on the Berner, cut them in half to cut them with the biscuit.

Yuliya K, Julia! I baked the "changeling" again, only this time I decided to try it with kiwi. I reduced the sugar for caramel (155 g), because I considered that kiwi is sweeter than lemon, but it was possible not to reduce it.
The taste is interesting too, we liked it. They ate, however, warm, the caramel did not freeze. I think it will be even tastier tomorrow.

I did everything strictly according to the recipe, I took sugar along the upper limit (we love it sweeter); I took three eggs - they were small homemade. Reduced the temperature to 180 for the last five minutesaboutC. The cake was baked in a Gemlux 1538LUX benchtop convection oven on a medium level, without convection. Form - silicone nameless from the magazine Gourmet Pastry (got it as a gift, I'm using it for the first time).

Baked Tefal in a frying pan with a detachable handle. First, I made caramel on gas, filled it with dough and, already without a handle, put it in the oven. Baking before that in different forms, but the last option seemed ideal.
