Ingredients

Pumpkin puree 1 tbsp.
Oat flakes 3/4 Art.
Flour c / z 1 tbsp.
Maple syrup or liquid honey or granulated sugar 3/4 Art.
Refined vegetable oil 1/3 Art.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 1 tsp without slide
Ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
Raisins, or dried fruits, or candied fruits or nuts 1/2 st
1 tbsp. = 250 ml.
Streisel:
Oat flakes, sugar, flour, refined vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pumpkin pie with oat streusel250-300 gr. bake peeled pumpkin in a convenient way for you, in my microwave, and puree it with a blender, since I have a boiled pumpkin, I puree it with a regular fork.
  • Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately, since we are cinnamon lovers, I use 1 tsp.
  • Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix everything well, you can use a mixer, but I do it with a regular spoon.
  • Pour the dough into a silicone mold with a diameter of 18 cm. If you use a different mold, then grease it with oil or cover it with baking paper.
