Charcoal mackerel

Ingredients

mackerel 2 pcs.
fennel fresh 2-4 vet.
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
pepper mix taste
thyme 2 vet.
garlic 2-4 teeth.
salt taste
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Charcoal mackerelIf the mackerel has a head, then cut off the head.
