but I don't like washing it - just a sponge is not enough, I have to use a teflon washcloth
Mrs. Addams, thanks for the info, but it's too bad. What does "not enough" mean? That is, do not immediately wash the bowl and must it be soaked with water? Or even after soaking, the bowl cannot be scraped off with a sponge? Does the milk porridge stick just as strongly and / or is it just rice / cereals on the side dish that is so welded?
Mrs. Addams
walexyz, do not be alarmed, nothing is welded.
Yes, in general, there is no problem - wash not with one sponge, but with another. Just on the surface, if you wash it with a regular sponge, a barely noticeable white coating remains in places with spots. This usually happens after meat. Well, maybe it's still St. Petersburg water ... I just like the coating that is washed with an ordinary sponge, like 02.
At 01, I also always washed the bowl after meat with a special sponge (or a toothbrush with soda - the same effect). Well, this bowl, it seems, will always have to be washed like this.
I am sorry if I misled anyone.

I continue to slowly test the multicooker. Cooked yesterday pasta (spaghetti)... As usual, I poured boiling water over it, added a drop of vegetable oil, salt and "rice-cereals". By default, the program is for 30 minutes, a bit too much, but it left it that way. Indeed, it turned out to be a bit too much, 20 minutes would have been enough, they boiled in 10 minutes, and by the end of the program they even dried out at the bottom (I put them on and didn't even interfere / watch them anymore). In principle, okay.

Cooked today vegetable soup. On the "frying" I put out all the vegetables for about 20 minutes, then switched on the "soup / stew" program, by default 50 minutes.

Mrs. Addams, the default settings are 03 for 10 min. less than 02 on m. porridge, soup, rice. Is the cartoon really faster, or is it just the settings? It is embarrassing that the person in this thread wrote that he could not cook rice porridge as "by default" in half an hour. You get pasta here faster than 02 on the express train. It takes half an hour there. Hence the cognitive dissonance in my head played out, is it a fast cartoon or a slow one? ))

That person, it was me) You know, I really like rice porridge on "Milk Porridge" at 40 minutes. Now that's the only way I cook. Regular round rice, it turns out soft rice, but not boiled, and the liquid part of the porridge is preserved. And if you then keep on heating, then the porridge thickens.

And the last time I "cooked" pasta in a tortilla.
I think that for a multicooker this is my way (everything is in the multicooker except for pasta and dumplings for cooking which only a saucepan) - first fry in oil, stirring, then add a little water and so for 10 minutes, maybe 15 already under the lid.

Girls, good afternoon. Tolley skis do not go, roofing felts ... I bought a third radish and washed it all morning instead of jogging and breakfast. Oatmeal escaped (1 mst of long-boiled oatmeal + 1 mst of milk + 1 mst of water) in milk porridge mode, 1 mst of oatmeal + 3 mst of water in rice / cereal mode escaped. She spat and manually set the tempo to 95 grams on a multi-cook. Everything was perfectly prepared. At the same time, the temperature on the milk porridge itself shows 95, but it boils-rages-runs-spits. I understand that I got married or what? To drag her to the service?

I put water on milk porridge, the water boils ... and the temperature set in the program is 94 g. How so?
Lana Red
In my opinion, it is the same, it cooks very smartly on "milk porridge" and sometimes it seems to me that the temperature it shows does not correspond to the real one ...unfortunately I don't have a pyrometer to check 🤔🤷♀

A regular core temperature probe or a meat-and-meat thermometer with a long needle will work.

walexyz, probably, it is not correct to speak faster or not.
First, I remembered that when I was cooking the soup, it boiled very much - I looked in the settings - the default temperature is 103 degrees. Reduced it right in the process to 100 - everything became as it should! So, I immediately appreciated the advantages of having "settings" - no need to guess quickly or delicately will cook on this program.

Secondly, I found the "Express" mode, which is not in the menu (you still need to read the instructions sometimes) - it is turned on simply by pressing the "Start" button, it works before evaporation. I cooked pasta in this mode (since they are different for everyone, for the purity of the experiment I cooked the same as in 02 Redica) - the time is the same. In the new one I kept the macaroons (filled with hot water) for 15 minutes, turned it off without waiting for the end of the program, so as not to dry it out. The same amount of time they cook with me at 02 (which sometimes, by the way, adds time on the Express)

KaraPuza, Lana Red, I will try the program "Milk Porridge", though on the water, under supervision, and measure the temperature - unsubscribe.

here is a really great function.
You see what is boiling and scalding, so press and reduce the temperature.
And the same thing with milk porridge. Well, the program is not working correctly, so you can take and reduce the temperature right in the process. Great!
Yes, I would like to see the ideal in everything, but, unfortunately ...

I had a similar Red with this feature. Saved me very much. Good.
But the Reds and I are bored. Some of them without a lighter inside.

Anna67
Rituslya, you need my multicooker-pressure cooker. I don’t know how with a lighter, but with the instructions for a year I probably won’t figure out what mode it is. And the 9-step seems to be a masterchef (or multi-cook) I have never tried at all - there is not enough imagination what can be prepared so that so many stages have to be set up? And I am delighted with the adjustment on the go.
Rituslya
Anna67, Anyut, what is yours that passed me unnoticed?

It's not about it in this topic, so you hide it so that people are not misled.

It is possible, but from my point of view, it is not necessary. You will not drive a car that needs to be started from the pusher.

Someone asked why there is less time on the programs - because everywhere, by default, the temperature is higher - not 100, but 103 degrees. I didn't like the cartoon, I stewed potatoes for the child with meat - they boiled on the left heating. The drip tray is small, the second time I added more water for extinguishing, there was a puddle on the table. I handed it over to the service through the seller, let's see what they say.

I returned to my M-12, I sit rejoicing)) everything is learned in comparison
Mrs. Addams
As promised, I tried the "Milk Porridge" mode - I cooked corn porridge from small cereals in water (1 m / st +700 ml of water), set it for 1 hour, the default temperature is 94 degrees. After 30 minutes it began to boil, T 94; then it boiled a little more actively ("gurgles" appeared), T in the places of "buns" almost 96. For the remaining 30 minutes it gurgled / puffed a little on the surface. Didn't spit.At the bottom, nothing formed, such as a crust, there was no water left on top, mixed - no lumps. Everything suited me, the result was the same as in 02 Redike.

In St. Petersburg they sell for 3996, but minus 500 rubles. for pickup - already good. With our climate, you can't count on more. And they also reduce it by 10% if our team wins.

Irina, I can only take a photo tomorrow, along with the Brownie recipe. So far, I can describe the steam basket in words - this is how I understood the steamer - it is white, plastic, with a hole in it. There is no bad smell from it.
But I love my little slow cooker! And outwardly she is the most beautiful! True, I only have it for baked goods and cereals, I don’t make meat and so on in it. But that was the intention.
vernisag
Yes, I also liked it, everything I need to eat and nothing superfluous and fries and cooks and bakes, even the sensor program has the temperature, you can change it if it runs away or does not boil well, the steam program is also sensory, as I understood The standard top steamer, in my 02 bottom only. The heating turns off (for me it would be better not to turn on at all) Good slow cooker I like
Current color and price do not like
As a nursery, they could have made a little white one, or, as Orson loves, in different colors (pink, blue, whatever ...)

I like the cup. Massive even for a small multicooker. A couple of times it happened that the oatmeal stuck, but did not burn, but it stuck.Washed off easily, effortlessly.
I have a slow cooker since April, I use it every day, or even twice. The state of the bowl is like new.

Unfortunately, there are no scales - shame and shame) I somehow managed without them, I like to measure with a faceted glass) But now I'm just planning to buy them - but I don't know which ones to choose. They are not worth a lot of money, it would seem to take any, but no - I'm used to comparing and analyzing. I would be grateful for advice on the scales. I was attracted to the ozone electronic scales-mug. You pour it there as in a mug, and on the handle there is a display and the weight of the product is indicated there. In general, you probably need to have different scales, for different purposes. Do not measure a kilogram of apples, for example, in a mug-scale.
vernisag
Oh, Irish, buy ordinary electronic scales, there are now a lot of them. But I can give advice, I understood it from my own experience and a week ago I bought it for friends, in a set for a bread maker.
It is better to buy scales with batteries like a coin and it is better if there are two of them. Such scales are more accurate and less buggy than scales with conventional finger batteries. I have both, and I looked at all the scales in the store and weighed them with the seller. I bought it for 750 rubles, normal scales, though with one battery, I have with two, enough for a year. You can put any bowl on them, throw off the container with the button, weigh from 1-2 grams to 5 kg.

Bowl weight 344 gr. Really very good coverage. But the programs, in my opinion, are not regulated. What's on the porridge, what's on the soup in auto mode, the inner lid is always stained at the end. I regulate the temperature with the master chef program. That is, such a nimble slow cooker
vernisag
Galina, thanks for the weight of the bowl, well, ok, although I thought it would be a little more.
The voltage in the network is different for everyone, multi and work a little differently and well, which can be slightly adjusted for yourself.

They are not only unregulated, they are so tuned. I already wrote that the default is 103 degrees on the soup, so of course, if the saucepan is full, the lid will be stained.

Sorry, right now, I'll get to work, I'll add ...

Mandraik Ludmila
I have scales

show exactly the same numbers with those and other batteries, but with pills they can turn off at any time, their contacts are unsuccessful, in my opinion this is the trouble of all cheap scales with pills (I have 2 pieces of such scales)

Let's write about scales in the right topic
Arina, we’re waiting I haven’t bought it yet, but I think that my mother-in-law will buy it closer to autumn ... But if milk porridges run away, then somehow I don’t even know. I’m looking at Sio-mi,

we have them on sale, but large - by 3 liters, and I want a smaller one.I already even "felt" everything, but the syo-mishnaya bowl did not impress me with something, it is cast-iron, heavy, but I was hoping for an internally ceramic coating, and so on oshchup - Teflon For all the plastic and everything else, so nice, white, I love the white technique Plastic, and indeed the elements, they will have better quality Redmond

Tyngysohka
Quote: Mrs. Addams

This is what I meant. The programs are configured incorrectly. You have to adjust them manually.
