2 liters volume is too small for our family.
Evgeniya, I don't know the size of your family population, but even smaller 02 cooks a decent amount of meat, for example Multicooker Redmond RMC-02 # 3141 1.6 liters in a bowl, 2 liters and 1.5 kg will easily enter.
Rick
Me, husband and child 6 years old)) Just 3 liters is more optimal volume of a small multicooker for our family. And porridge for 1 portion, and the first for two days off. And I see no point in having a slow cooker just for porridge.

Girls, we are all different, I don’t cook soups in a cartoon, from the word at all, my saucepans suit me In mulk, I cook porridge, casseroles, sometimes I cook vegetables or make a hot vinaigrette, baked goods and cutlets for two for a couple: it turns out 5 pieces = 3 for my husband +2 to me. Moreover, we have 2 bowls by 01 and in one morning, rice porridge with curry for my husband can be cooked first and then oatmeal for me. My husband and I have different tastes.Although he can eat rolled oats with me, but in the morning I can't eat rice with curry at all ...

Alex_Fil, somehow you said everything well, but did not take into account the size of the multi itself, which also heats up. Already about heating water, if you cook in a pot on a "water cushion", they were completely silent in the calculations. And then the equal efficiency of the heating elements in terms of the volume of cooked food will clearly differ not in favor of a large multi. It's like taking 50 people against 10 on a hefty bus.

And I see no point in having a slow cooker just for porridge.
Well, for example, we took 01 with us in Tenerife, stuffing it in a suitcase (5 people a family). Exclusively in the morning for cereals. To get up in the morning - everything is ready, eat and rest.

Me too. And I remembered, I cook side dish rice and buckwheat exclusively at 01.

And I also remembered that in a large cartoon, when cooking porridge, liquid for the same amount of cereal had to be poured more than in a small one, at least 20 percent, or even more. The evaporating surface is larger in area, however (to the question of efficiency).

Nada to overcome yourself.
It was also hard for me, after 5 liter bowls, to switch to small pots, but the amount of prepared food really bothered me, because you also have to eat it. And since only I always had to finish it, it became easier to cook a little. And now, in general, I cook for myself separately, for my husband separately, and now everyone eats his own.

Larissa, and I use it like that, my husband can't stand foreign odors. I had to buy Filya, but there the milk ran away, but little Redik copes with a bang, by the morning, at a delayed start, there is always a ready-made porridge. So this little girl only works for porridge.

why only for porridge? like any cartoon, will cook everything.
My husband and I are alone, on the table there are radish02 and panasik10 - for example, meat in radishes, garnish in panasik, all the same a bowl is more than 2.5 liters. And the soups are cooked in both, for the maximum volume.

Here's how to find out if the bowls fit from the 01 to 03

Mrs. Addams
Hi Hi!
Irsha, straight telepathic ...
The store called me back, confirmed the pre-order. I tried them on the subject of whether a 2-liter saucepan would fit from 01 to 03 - they answered that they did not know and this moment would become clear only after the multi arrived at them. If it fits, the site will indicate it in the description of the saucepan - which models it fits.
It’s dumb for me, however, to buy "in the forefront" - usually I, in general, click through this moment and buy something when everyone has already played enough.
The price is very annoying, but I don't think that somewhere it will be cheaper for a while - Ozone keeps the prices for new items, and keeps them for a long time. So there probably isn't much point in waiting if needed.
At one time I really wanted Filka, but I didn't get it, and 01 is already disabled, so I'm not particularly picky, I hope for this Redik.

Something I have not bothered at all lately - I came, I saw, I liked it / came up, bought and forgot, let me work (and I’ll find something to do with my head). It would be what to buy and what to cook!

I wouldn't say so. The son lived with his grandmother in Bryansk for 1.5 months. A 2-liter multicooker would still not be enough for me. After all, our main eater is dad.
Girls! Each has its own size. I had 01 and I know what I'm talking about.

The courier brought a slow cooker!
To work ..., so I can't really look at anything and take a picture.
But first impressions are:
- lightweight; outwardly neat, elliptical (advertising photo does not convey its shape);
- the bowl is different in shape and coating, not like in 01 - a black ceramic coating, I don't know how to describe it more accurately (I have a similar one in March 89), the saucepan itself has straight walls from the bottom (that is, such a cylinder) - it's subjective to me 01 like it more in form;
- I did not check the inner cover for removability, it is somehow flimsy, it seemed to me that it sits loosely, not like 01;
- standard equipment - plastic: top steamer, spatula, ladle, cup. Guarantee, guide, recipe book. Cable.
- something that was not pleasant aesthetically at once - a large distance from the edge of the shade to the wall of the multicooker and such an "oak" (metal) plate with screws is visible, it looks very clumsy.Well, God forbid that this is the biggest drawback.

Everything else I will consider and test at night.

Mrs. Addams
Hello everyone! It was not part of my plans to receive new items before April 24, there are other urgent matters. Therefore, I will not be able to take good pictures and tests as I wanted in the near future. I apologize for the quality of the photos, I did it really at night, in a hurry (don't pay attention if something got into the frame, like an oilcloth).
I'll try to take some normal pictures later.

My "kids", three Redicks:
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
The new one really turned out to be the lightest, outwardly looks pretty, streamlined.
The ten of 03 is not rounded, like that of 01 and 02, just metal, of a smaller diameter, therefore, a greater distance to the walls is visible. What seemed to me yesterday as a plate with screws is just the bottom ... with the same screws.

All three bowls in comparison:
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
The new bowl, unusual, really like a cylinder, seemed very small, but it was measured twice and really holds 2 liters. There are no marks or marks inside the bowl! Just smooth walls. Smelled a little, but not critical.

A little photo of Redik himself 03:

After plugging into the network:
Multicooker Redmond RMC-03
The display with red indication is also unusual, the buttons are like 02.

I tested a little. Turned on "steam" with 1 liter of cold water, the display showed the default time of 20 minutes. While the water was boiling, the time did not change, after 20 minutes, when the water boiled, the multicooker squeaked, and the program time was counting down. During the boiling of water, of course, the smell erupted, when it cooled down - it stopped smelling.

Programs are unusually selected with the "hours" and "minutes" buttons. The auto heating is turned off. Well, that's all I have so far ...

We'll have to postpone the tests for a while, so check back later. And maybe other owners of the cartoon will also be announced, their opinion about the new product is interesting.

By the way, half of mine liked this Redik too (in general, thanks to these kids such progress has been made - from "why do you need another slow cooker" to "let's buy")

I also wanted to write a few words about the lid - it is also unusual, the internal removable disk is held on a central pipette (which is why the lid seemed flimsy to me at first), and the silicone gasket is non-removable, located on the lid of the multicooker.

Yes, it looks like a binaton, like a binaton (except for programs)! Here not to think, here you can hardly distinguish them by touch.
Mrs. Addams, with the addition of babies, let him live and be well, especially with regards to the cup
There are so many multicooker in the house (mine) and everyone is alive, unlike the bowls. I will drop and bend, then peel off.

Really one to one binatosha, only completely black. As for me, she is so very gloomy. In this regard, binaton was more fun.
Wildebeest
I wonder if there will be such a little white kid in the future?
walexyz
If rmc-03 is a binaton clone with formatted "brains", then the bowl should also be 1.6 liters of working volume, that is, one portion less than in rmc-01. Why write volume 2L? Marketing move to sell at a higher price?

Similar, but not the same. Why would Redmond clone a binaton, if even their three babies have completely different designs and bowl shapes?
It is a pity very much for the redushka02 - it is the most solid in appearance, and in reality it is, and a bowl of 1.6 liters is such a pretty heavy little malipuska.
2 l - fine too
Rituslya
I am reading. Hochukha seemed to be playing on Malipuska. What for?
Ay ... That's another question.
I look, and they seem to have a good three-liter baby on sale RMC-M12
And, in my opinion, even I already had it.
The differences are minimal, but more by a liter. Also a little burn.

Do you think 03 is really bigger in volume of binatone? Maybe so, but I very much doubt it. Redmond and Rus. binaton are very similar to a whale. Joyoung. Manufacturers have corrected the design and slightly tweaked the whale. programs. And the buildings are obviously from one factory IMHO.

Binaton sold over a thousand before disappearing, five for a multi-cook is overkill!
Irgata

well, if written. that binaton has a bowl of 1.6 l, and that of redmond03 2 l
and so, real users of these multicooker will say.
In redmond, 01 bowl is 2 liters and it is written in the description of 2 liters, in 02 1.6 liters and it is written in the same way.
And that many multicooker are similar, so what a miracle? Only if they are triangular.
The simpler the design, the more convenient it is.

Girls, can you tell me too? Share experiences. Today I received a baby Redmond-03. This is my first cartoon in principle. After reading this forum, I decided that I would have 2 multi - for porridge with pastries and for everything else. What can I say - outwardly pretty. I turned it on, pressed the buttons, everything seemed to work. The smell is not very strong. Steamed with lemon as expected. And she began to cook rice porridge - I can't stand to try cartoon in business. I found the recipe here on the forum, though for another model of little Redik. The recipe is as follows: 0.5 m. Art. rice, 2 m. st. milk, 1 m. art. water, sugar and salt to taste. This is all according to the recipe of the forum woman it was necessary to cook on the "milk porridge" mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. I am completely unfamiliar with multicooker, I also looked at the recipe book - there the cooking time is 30 minutes. And by default, this program also costs 30 minutes. Well, I decided to cook as set by the program, and if anything, add more time later. After 30 minutes, the rice was undercooked. I put another regimen of milk porridge, but for 20 minutes. And at the end of this regime at the last minute the porridge ran away! Why? Maybe because of the milk - I took the whole store. And in the recipes they write 2.5% milk (I saw this after, when I began to read in the operating manual about the reason for the porridge boiling over). Or did I get it wrong over time? And another question - is it necessary to grease the bowl when cooking porridge? I didn't grease. I want to note that the porridge came out very tasty. But the multicooker is washed terribly, straight fu! This removable plate is particularly difficult to clean.
Cirre
Pechkina, Irina, when I cook milk porridge, I definitely put a thing for steaming, as if I close it, even if it runs away, the cartoon does not stain. And also milk and water, I take it in half. Standard milk 2, 5%
Anna67
I also take milk in half with water, which is, and dilute at least 2.5 or 3.5, and then leave it on the heating for at least two hours. I do not lubricate with oil - not like 0.5, but a whole multi-glass in a radish 02 never ran away.
But everyone has their own ideal porridge, Pechkina, experiment.
M @ rtochka
At 01 I cook porridge every day with Baby Food. Is there no such regime here? I put it on for an hour in the evening, then on heating until morning. Milk mixed with water, any milk.
If at 03 the problem with escape is clarified, then you can cook on a multi-cook at 90-95 degrees. I cooked like that in 90 Redmond until I bought a small one.
Larssevsk
Well, it begins. Is it really difficult, having declared the "porridge" mode, to debug it so that porridge is cooked without dancing with tambourines from 1 ms of cereal and 4 ms of milk? So far, only Redik 01 and Panasonic 10 have coped with this (I do not mention my Chinese without clan without a tribe, but she also cooks). If porridge is running on 03, then for me this is a complete fiasco. Behold
M @ rtochka

Milk escapes at the beginning of boiling. And then the end, and no longer milk as such, but porridge, a viscous substance ... Very strange.
