Ingredients

Butter or margarine 200 g
Sugar 150 g
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l
Soda 1 tsp (no slide)

Filling
Cottage cheese layer:
Cottage cheese 400 g
Sour cream 150 - 200 gr
Sugar 100 g
Starch 1 tbsp. l (with slide)
Prune layer:
Prunes 250 g
Walnuts, peanuts or others available 50 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Pie with prunes and cottage cheeseGrate butter or margarine and add the rest of the ingredients. Knead a soft, elastic dough.
