Ingredients

whole wheat flour 250-275 grams
wheat gluten 5 grams
egg C-O 1 piece
dry yeast for baking 7-8 grams
salt 1/2 teaspoon
stevia / stevioside / rebaudioside 1 coffee spoon
fresh apples 2 pieces
odorless vegetable oil 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • First, make the applesauce. It can be prepared in two ways.

  • Tighten the container with the dough with a film or a plastic bag and put it in a warm place for about 2 hours.
  • We shape the finished dough as desired.
