I mixed everything in the evening, and baked it only after a day. I sat at work all day and, instead of doing business, worried about how I would roll sausages from such a cool dough.
But everything turned out to be much easier than I had feared. My Kesha kneaded an excellent smooth dough in 10 minutes, which even had a slight tendency to stickiness. I didn't add flour, I just slightly dust the rug. The "sausages" turned out to be amazingly even (which is just a miracle for me!), They were noticeably bloated in the oven.
Glaze made one and a half servings, as a result, quite a lot of it remained. Probably one portion would be enough for me. Maybe it didn't turn out so thick.
The cookies are fragrant, gingerbread and sooo sweet. But I'm generally indifferent to sweets, everything is too sweet for me, so I'm not an indicator. The main part will go to gifts - let's see what real consumers have to say
