Damn, I think it's a disaster, I'll have to wash the oven. I look there, but nothing of the kind! The dough rose to the brim and then fell. The sour-sour smell ... I wanted to throw it away, but my hand did not rise, shoved the stove. And it even decided to grow there. At the exit, an awkward loaf that looks like a cake: with a hump in the center and a longitudinal crack. BUT!!! It's amazingly delicious. So straightforward, noble and rich in taste. And porosity in place and moisture. Conclusion made that you can not be afraid to leave in the warmth longer. Now there is a reason to experiment.
