Ingredients

eggplant 1 PC
pasta (dry weight) 40 g
Mozzarella 100 g
hard cheese 30 g
Cherry tomatoes 4-5 pcs
green onions 1 arrow
parsley (leaves) 1 branch
mint (leaves) 1 branch
garlic 1 clove
salt
mixture of 5 peppers, freshly ground
olive oil

Cooking method
