Eggplant roll on vegetable cushion (PP)

Ingredients

Eggplant 1 PC
Zucchini 1 PC
Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs
Red onion 1/2 onion
Rosemary 2-3 needles
Cream 10% 2-3 st. l
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Meat broth 1-2 tbsp. l
Chilli 1 pinch
Salt / fenugreek A little to taste
Garlic 2 cloves
Cheese 50gr

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplant lengthwise 0.5-0.8 mm thick
  • Place in a saucepan with salted water and leave for a few minutes
  • Cut the zucchini into small cubes and throw into a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes (medium heat, Thick bottom of the pan, stir constantly) - the zucchini will look like from the grill (whoever has a grill can fry it without oil for 1 minute on each side and then cut into cubes)
