Pear and Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

Pears 3 pcs.
Dark chocolate 90 g
Butter (room temperature) 80 g
Sugar 150 g
Vanillin chips.
Egg (C1) 2 pcs.
Milk 150 ml
Flour / s 200 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Salt chips.
Powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Pear and Chocolate PiePrepare a baking dish. I used a split, 24 cm in diameter. I covered the bottom with baking paper, greased it and the sides with vegetable oil.
  • Pear and Chocolate Pie2/3 of the chocolates were chopped with a knife into shavings, and 1/3 were grated on a coarse grater.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieCooking the dough. Separate the whites from the yolks and set aside. Beat the yolks with sugar, vanilla, salt and butter at room temperature.
  • Pear and Chocolate PiePour in milk and stir. Pour in flour mixed with baking powder and quickly knead the dough.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieBeat the whites until firm peaks and place in the dough.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieStir slowly with a spatula until smooth.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieSet aside half of the dough in a separate bowl and mix with chopped chocolate.
  • Pear and Chocolate PiePut it in the prepared form and level it.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieCut ripe and juicy pears into slices of 2-3 mm, remove the seeds and put on the chocolate dough.
  • Pear and Chocolate PiePut the remaining dough on the pears and flatten.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieCut the remaining pear, peel and lay on top. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes until a dry match. Take a look in your oven.
  • Pear and Chocolate PieTake out the finished cake, draw a knife along the edges of the form and remove the ring, leaving it to cool on the bottom. Then free from paper, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar.
