Ingredients
Whole grain rye semolina 100 g
Medium Yalta onion 1 pc.
Forest mushrooms 150 g
Salt to taste
Melted butter 1 tbsp. l.
Water 200 ml.
Truffle oil 1 tsp
Cooking method

Cut onions and mushrooms, fry in ghee.
Porridge in a pot made of whole-grain rye semolina with Yalta onions and wild mushrooms
Add to rye semolina, fill with water, salt to taste, set to bake for 20 minutes at T 150 degrees.
Already add truffle or flaxseed oil to the finished porridge.
