Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 500 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, cool, peel and rub on a coarse grater. Add flour, starch, egg, salt and pepper.
  • Shvilpikai from potatoes or whistles
  • Knead it very quickly and roll it into a layer about 5 cm thick. You don't need to knead for a long time, otherwise the dough will be very sticky! Cut into squares, transfer to a baking sheet

  • and bake for 10-15 minutes at T 200 until golden brown. Then gently turn over, bake for another 10 minutes.
