Chicken stewed with vegetables "Bohema"

Ingredients

Chicken (any parts) 500 g
Bell pepper 150 g (I have ½ green and ½ red)
A tomato 1 PC. - 120 g
Onion 1/2 pcs. - 30 g
Dill 1 tbsp. l. (I have dry)
Garlic 1 tooth
White wine 100 ml
Vegetable broth 25 ml (I have 1/4 cube + 25 ml water)
Lemon juice 1/3 lemon
Dry paprika
Olive (vegetable) oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the pepper into small strips.
  • Peel the tomato by dipping it in boiling water for 2 minutes and making incisions on the stalk.
  • Cut it into small pieces.
  • Cut the chicken in portions and season with paprika.
  • Lightly fry chopped onion and garlic in oil, add chopped dill.
  • Put chicken pieces here and fry for 20 minutes.
  • Add bell pepper and tomato. Pour in wine and broth.
  • Put out for 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • It is better to serve chicken with white rice, dripping with sauce from stewing. Delicious!
