Ingredients

Chicken without skin, fat, backbone and wings 1 kg
Cauliflower (I have frozen) 250g
Green beans (I have "Romano" frozen) 250g
Carrot 150g
Bulb onions 100-120g.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Garlic 3 tooth.
Utskhosuneli 2 tsp
Svan salt 1 tsp
Fresh Bulgarian pepper (when served) 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken into portions, add spices, grated tomatoes without skin (or homemade \ "adjika \", if cooked for the winter), mix everything and leave alone for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the carrots and onions into medium cubes, peel and finely chop the garlic, remove the vegetables from the freezer. You can use Teflon-coated dishes, an earthenware or glass fireproof pot. Put a mixture of carrots and onions on the bottom, then alternate the chicken meat with cauliflower and beans. Bake with the lid closed in the oven at 200 degrees C for 60 minutes. When serving, garnish the dish with fresh cilantro, parsley, basil and pieces of bell pepper. This dish can be served with low-fat sour cream sauce or yogurt with herbs. This recipe uses spices that can be replaced with whatever you like, and the set of vegetables can be much richer, because you can use any seasonal vegetables, except for starchy ones. I like to add eggplants, tomatoes, peppers and onions in season instead of cabbage and beans and a lot of spicy herbs. Cook, taste, live in joy. Angela for you at your meal!

I slightly changed the vegetable pillow - I chopped the onions and carrots coarsely (I like it more), excluded the beans, and moved the freeze mix of cauliflower and broccoli over the chicken (the frozen cabbage is soft, it crumples under the chicken).
