Dough: custard. Principle - according to Lazerson (brew half, then stir in the rest of the flour), proportions - according to Tanya Admin (350 grams of flour, 180 water, salt, vegetable oil-3 tbsp. L). I do not know what I did wrong, but the dough turned out to be VERY dry and cool !!!
I rolled it out manually. Mumbled at the end !!
Minced meat according to Lazerson... Boiled cabbage -25%, onions- 25%, meat (pork, beef, chicken) -50%, salt. The minced meat turned out to be gorgeous! Juicy, elastic, homogeneous, tender, pleasant and tasty (after boiling).
Minced meat was laid out from a syringe. The simplest one, bought at FixPrice for 35 rubles (and now in Auchan there are such, the cheapest, for 50-70 rubles !!!!). It turned out to be very convenient.
The dumplings blended well, did not break.
