Cocoa powder (instant, sweet) for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • The dough is ordinary, shortbread. Mix softened butter, beat with sugar and salt, add an egg, sour cream, mix until smooth, add flour with baking powder and quickly knead a thick and rather sticky dough.

  • We turn on the multibaker for heating. With butter hands, roll small balls of 1.5-2 cm from the dough for easy placement in the holes of the baker. The wells were greased with vegetable oil before the first portion, but not greased before the next portions. The portion was baked quickly enough - 3-4 minutes. Watch carefully not to overbake!

  • The shells are easy to remove, hot they are a little soft, but when they cool they harden.
  • All the shells are baked, now you can use the filling. Most often, it is boiled condensed milk with the addition of nuts - the simplest and most favorite filling. But boiled condensed milk is not always available, so this time I have regular condensed milk, but thick. We mix condensed milk and cream cheese, add vanillin and coconut - our filling is ready.

  • We start the baked shells and connect them in pairs, glue the nuts. Sprinkle with cocoa powder (preferably instant cocoa drink powder - I have Nesquik) or powdered sugar.

Do not close the lock for the first 30-4 seconds (otherwise, when opening, there is no can bang), then on the lock. They are baked quickly. Nothing flows from the squirrel anywhere, and there are no puddles of oil in it. The output is about 70 nuts
