Panna cotta with rhubarb

Ingredients

cream 33-35% 500 grams
boiled cold milk 100g
sugar 4-5 st. spoons
gelatin 11 gram
peeled rhubarb 180 grams
rhubarb sugar 1-2 tbsp. spoons
water 1 tbsp. the spoon
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Panna cotta with rhubarbPeel and cut the rhubarb.
