Potato grandma in a multicooker Oursson MP5005

Ingredients

Potatoes 8 not too large tubers
Sour cream fat content 20% about a glass (to be honest, by eye)
Salt, pepper, garlic squeeze out a clove
Smoked sausage 200 gr.
Boiled sausage 300 gr.
Pork belly (bacon with a layer), IF THE SKIN IS HARD, IT'S BETTER TO CUT I don't even know - a few records
Onion 1 large head and half more head

Cooking method

  • Rub the potatoes like on pancakes together with half of the onion so that it does not darken. DO NOT SPIN! Add sour cream. For the filling: in a frying pan, fry the small brisket (we call it cracklings))))). During frying fat, fat should be melted, if it is not enough, then it is advisable to add fat. Forgive me, but fat. Not growing oil, nor butter will not give such an effect. Then add the crumbled sausages as well. You can add any meat products that you have to a pizza, just fry a little. When everything turns golden add onions. It shouldn't be overcooked. Everything should be beautiful. Not burnt. Then, without cooling, add everything to the potatoes. Orsusha's saucepan is already greased, pour out the mass. We put on the Baking mode. Pressure 2. Default time. At the moment when the regime ended, I was busy. And she still reached it herself. I won't tell you how much. When I took it up, the steam had already left itself. Probably an hour or an hour and a half. It is not necessary to turn it over specially. It is tender on top, and a crust below. I turned it over just to quickly take a picture for you.

Time for preparing:

1 hour

I will run in the recipe! Thank you!

And if you squeeze the potatoes a little before adding sour cream, it won't hurt? Will the grandma be denser? I liked the recipe - for the winter, when it's cold and you want cracklings!

You can try, but just a little to keep tenderness, otherwise you get the consistency of dumplings, and not grandma. The grandma is tender and soft and the dumplings are dense. By the way, girls from southern countries wrote to me here. Their grandmother did not thicken after baking. When we sorted it out, it turned out that it was because of the potatoes. Our potatoes in Belarus are completely different from theirs. If you see that the mass of mashed potatoes is very liquid, then add a little starch and less sour cream. The overall consistency of the headstock should be like thick sour cream.

Ira, did you do it without sour cream?
I want you to tell me what the difference is - with and without sour cream.
I don't add anything to pancakes, sorcerers, or grandma except salt, onions, bacon. In short, I do like my grandmother. So what does sour cream give?

tenderness. one potato tastes good immediately. and then it starts to dull. I sometimes sour cream, sometimes I add very hot milk. gives tenderness and friability of the mass. then and the next day it will be tender and without blackness.

Gorgeous thing! I've cooked it several times already! It's even simpler: I ground it with a combine, mixed everything and baked it. I pour hot milk for the places of sour cream. And so everything is as you write.
