Sugar / sand 120 g + 2 tbsp / l
Baking powder 1.5 h / l

Almond essence (optional) 2 drops
Cherry b / cost. (I have frozen) 1 st
Glass 240 ml

Cooking method

  • Combine the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine milk, vanillin and almond essence.
  • According to the recipe, the sl / butter needed to be melted, I don't really like to do it in pies, so I compromised, warmed it up in a micron for 2 minutes at full power to this state

  • Beat butter with 120g sugar with a mixer until creamy for about 2 minutes.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each 1.5 minutes.
  • One by one add milk mass and flour mixture to the oil mixture, stirring gently each time (I use a fork). The last should be the flour mixture.
  • The density of the dough resembles 20%

  • We transfer the dough into a mold, I have a silicone one (d-28 cm), and put it in a pizza maker. Here I hoped for the thickness of the mold and did not put the Teflon mesh on the bottom, it is better to do this. Spread the cherries over the surface (without pressing, but only slightly melting) the cherries and sprinkle with 2 tbsp / l of sugar on top.

I think the stove did well, I think if there were more dough, and the cake would have turned out higher, it would have tanned faster. At night it was hard to get the right color, so it looks a little blown out, actually a nice tanned color, like in the first main photo.
And of course, on sweet pies, do not forget about the Teflon mesh for the shape.

I have Travola, a favorite of P1 and was P2 (sold), was not because the baking is bad, just now (for personal reasons) I bake an order of magnitude less, and I have the ovens for baking (well, the vegetable casserole is also great), I don’t fry meat-fish-potatoes in them - I don’t bake them, because because the oven (gas) is excellent.
I can't say anything bad about P2, the cherry pie turned out great, my copy. practically did not differ from P1, the difference in cooking time was 5-7 minutes, P1 was faster. At the same time, in P2 I baked (3 times) everything is at max, so I consider the regulator (for me personally) useless, I don’t know why someone is turning it (maybe I don’t know something). P2 has slots on the bottom so that condensation does not collect (probably this is good for those who fry in it), the handle is really more comfortable (there is protection for fingers when opening, although it does not bother me to put on a mitten in P1)
For me, in baking, it is important that the top is gilded, so in P1 and P2 it is exactly like that.
The type of baking from Tristar and Gf (judging by the photos posted in the topic and the video on yutube), I don't like it, the bottom is on, and the top is white, but turning over ... it's not for me, and not everything can be turned over.
