Ingredients

Water 180 g
Wheat flour 320 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Granulated sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Fresh dill 60 g
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Grated cheese 60 g

Cooking method

  • According to the instructions, pour water, half butter, flour, sugar, salt, yeast into the bread maker. And I knead in the classic mode. For color, you can add turmeric on the tip of a knife. During kneading, I control the bun and make the filling. Finely chop the dill, mix with a loose egg, salt. Grate cheese.
  • After kneading and first proofing, pull out the dough and by type red curls roll up rolls. I roll them out using the other half of the vegetable oil. Spread dill and egg on a dough cake, sprinkle with cheese. You will get four double rolls, which are placed in the bread maker during the proofing mode. My bread machine is 1:40 (Redmond RBM-1908).
  • Basic dough recipe taken from Wheat bran bread (I replaced the bran with flour, you can leave the bran).
  • I bake in the classic mode, medium crust, weight - 600 g.
  • It turns out a very fragrant bread.
