I shape it on a board, level the yeast dough (a small piece) from the Linadoc recipe in a circle, a ball of filling in the middle, with the dough, like a bag, I wrap the ends on top, crush the bag into a cake, distribute it thinner, 1-1.5 cm thick, pull it into cold samushnitsa, crush hands, press the lid once and let it come up a little. After 20 minutes I bake. I adjust the diameter so that it is a couple of cm smaller than the stove.
From fillings boiled chicken, green. onions, feta cheese, spices and mushrooms, sautéed onions, cheese, green. onions are favorites.
