And then, of course, breads on rye sourdough with rye flour, oat bran and corn flour (the dough was kneaded in HP Panasonic 2511 (Sonya) on the Rye dough program. Sourdough 150, water 300 (added 50 additional during kneading), flour 450 ( peeled rye 300, oat bran 100, corn 50), salt 11 g), additionally added 1 teaspoon of kvass wort and 1 tablespoon of oil from a jar with sun-dried tomatoes! When the dough rose (this is another hour after the end of the Rye dough program), part went for 1.5 hours for proofing in Sashul, and the rest continued to be prepared in KhP on the Rye program. In Sashul I laid out balls of 25 grams, then aligned them to the size of the cell. Proofing for 1.5 hours, when the triangles rose well, turned on Sasha for 15 minutes. You need to open it immediately, you do not need to leave it in the drying box, otherwise condensation immediately appears! The result is cool, lush, beautiful, but not very crispy. Next time, I can increase the baking time up to 20 minutes, because in the morning I threw them into a preheated oven up to 200 degrees for 10 minutes - now it’s the most crispy, delicious, thin crust! Incredible! In HP, the bread turned out to be crispy and very tasty right away. I'll adjust to Sashula!

Fat?), But there is a groove around the perimeter .. and most importantly, now, thanks to the step in the side faces, there will be no problem that I had in the first model - the upper covering in places where steam comes out.
