Ingredients

Large sweet pepper 4 things.

Ground paprika 1 tsp
Pickled tomatoes in s / s (remove the skin) 600-800 gr.
Broth (meat or vegetable) 700 ml.
Sugar, salt, spices taste
For the meat base:
Chicken fillet 3 pcs.
For the marinade: rast. oil + cumin + garlic + chili + salt, pepper
For serving: smoked paprika, cream or sour cream, herbs

Cooking method

  • First you need to cook the peppers. It's best to take red ones, but you can also take 50/50 with peppers of a different color. They must be baked until tan in any available way: in the oven, over an open fire, on the grill or in a pizza oven. I baked in the GF. Wrapped tightly in foil and baked for about 25 minutes on one side and 25 minutes on the other at 210 degrees. The stove did not close completely, as the peppers were large, but that didn’t hurt. After baking, immediately put the peppers in a bag for 10 minutes. Then remove the pulp with a spoon.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into small thin layers. Pickle in ground cumin, chopped garlic, salt and pepper, pour over with vegetable oil. Let marinate for 30 minutes and fry until tender. I again fried in the GF.

  • Cooking soup. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in hot oil in a thick-walled saucepan. Add paprika
