Ingredients

strawberry (raspberry, cherry) 230 gram
Jelly
Strawberry 230 gram
water 315 milliliters
sugar 30 grams
gelatin 7.5 grams
water for gelatin 30 grams

yogurt (I have vanilla) 230 milliliters
cream 33-35% fat 150 milliliters
sugar 50 grams
lemon juice (I did not add) 1 tsp
gelatin 7.5 gram
water for gelatin 30 grams

Cooking method

The recipe was spied on a Japanese blog. I increased the portion. Took sweet yogurt instead of regular. I didn’t reduce sugar. I was fine. So adjust the sugar in the mousse to your liking.
