Ingredients

Grated potatoes (not pressed) + large head of onions about 1400 gr.
Onions for frying 150-200 gr.
Fried meat (smoked sausage, smoked or fresh bacon, pork or poultry) 250 gr.
Coarse sea salt 1.5 tsp.
Milk is very hot 150-300 gr.
Carrot 100 g
Garlic 3-4 teeth
Ground black pepper, allspice and a little coriander taste

Cooking method

  • Add salt, spices, herbs, meat filling, fried carrots to the potato mass.
