Ingredients

split peas 1 mst

pumpkin (a piece equal to carrots) 1 PC
bulb onions 0.5 heads
water 1-1.5 l
potatoes 1 PC
vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
salt, pepper, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • To begin with, rinse the peas and soak in cold water for 1-1.5 hours, you can add 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda.
  • Grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings, cut the pumpkin and potatoes into slices.
  • Switch on the Frying program for 5 minutes, first fry the onions and carrots, then add the pumpkin,

  • after the end of the program, frying will continue for some time, so stir occasionally.
  • When the multicooker cools down a little, drain the water from the peas and rinse again, pour the fried vegetables on top, put the potatoes on top

  • Pour 1-1.5 liters of hot water (1 liter was enough for me), salt and pepper to taste, add 1 bay leaf

  • Here's a soup turned out, it's already delicious

  • Remove the bowl from the multicooker and let it cool slightly, then grind it in a blender in parts, after removing the bay leaf.

the soup turned out to be light and tasty, if desired, it can be cooked in any meat broth

I looked through recipes for mashed potatoes, for some reason, either pea with carrots or pumpkin with carrots, and I have a pumpkin, it’s already starting to dry, so I decided to combine everything together, it turned out sooo delicious!
