Ingredients

Fillet of white dense fish (pollock, hake, haddock best) 250 g
Peeled shrimps 50 g
Crab meat 50 g
Chinese cabbage 2 sheets
Quail eggs (medium-sized chicken) 2 pcs. (1 PC.)
Cream cheese 2-3 st. l.
Semolina or a piece of white stale roll 1.5 tbsp. l.
Ground white pepper or a mixture of peppers a couple of pinches
Lime zest optional
Sea salt taste
Butter for filling optional
For serving: Wasabi and mayonnaise in equal proportions 1 tbsp. l.
A mixture of refined vegetable oil with butter 2-3 st. l.
Lime or lemon for serving slices by the number of cutlets

Cooking method

  • I offer delicious cutlets, reproduced the recipe to taste, tried it in a restaurant. Liked it, I decided to bring it here.
  • Fish cutlets with crab meat and shrimpsDefrost fish fillets, shrimps and crab meat on the lower shelf of the refrigerator. We clean the shrimp from the shell, extract the crab meat, squeeze the fish fillet a little to remove excess juice, if any.
