Mannik without flour, but with a secret

Ingredients

semolina 190 g
kefir (fermented milk mixture) 250 g
icing sugar 100 g
butter 100 g
1 large egg or 2 small 104 g
baking powder 0.5. h / l
salt pinch
pear, apple 1 PC
cherry 90 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Remove the butter from the refrigerator.
  • 2. Rinse frozen cherries and drain.
  • 3. Pour the semolina with the fermented milk mixture. Move carefully. Leave to rest for about 1-1.5 hours.
  • 4. Separately grind softened butter with eggs + add icing sugar. Stir effortlessly, but good.
  • 5. Combine the oil mixture with semolina. Shake it up.
  • 6. Add salt and baking powder. Mix.
  • 7. On a surface greased with butter, spread half of the manna-cream mixture, a pear-apple cut into slices, a cherry. Fill with the second half of the dough.
  • 8. We bake.
  • In Tortilyanych I baked like this:
  • 40 minutes for 2.3 to click
  • 15 minutes for 3.
  • 20 minutes rest off
