Ingredients

Walnuts 50 g
Cold butter 140 g

  • COOKING PROCESS:
  • Pre-calcine the nuts in a frying pan or in the oven at 160C, peel them.
  • In a food processor bowl with knives, mix nuts, sugar, powdered sugar and cocoa. Chop until fine crumbs are formed.
  • Add very cold butter, cut into pieces. We start the combine until the butter is worked into the nut-chocolate mass.

  • Pour additional sugar into a deep plate. As an improvised means, we use the bottom of a small glass, a bottle cap and a die. We dip our improvised means in sugar and press the ball so that it increases in diameter by 1 cm (it will become about 4 cm). We repeat the procedure for each ball.

  • We bake at a temperature of 160C for 20 minutes. The biscuits should still be very soft when pressed, but already move away from the baking sheet.
