I decided to wash it with a drop of detergent, such a foam turned out, I could barely wash it off in the bathroom.

While from experience - I was grinding the grain of naked oats, I had to immediately at maximum speed, and I started at a low speed. I don’t know whether because of this or not, but there are still some hard pieces. Probably the flour should be made with a Kenwood mill.
