Gorenje BM 900 WII. Plain white bread with flax, sesame and sunflower seeds

Ingredients

Milk 130 ml
Water 100 ml
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 360 gr.
Dry fast-acting yeast 1 tsp
Sesame seeds, flax seeds, shelled sunflower seeds (not roasted) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I heat the milk in the microwave, pour it into a bucket, plus water at room temperature, add sugar, salt, stir. I add oil. I sift the flour (I have Tikhoretskaya), put it in a bucket, pour yeast on top (I take Packmaya, I like them more than Saf-moment).
  • I pour 1 tbsp into a glass. l. seeds (I put it with a slide, I like it when there are a lot of seeds). Sesame is not particularly noticeable, but linseed and sunflower seeds are very even. Everything is according to the instructions for the bread maker.
  • Mode 1 is the main one, the weight is 900 g, the crust is dark - I like the crispy crust. I also did 700g on the mode, almost the same thing happened, but usually I still put it on 3 hours.
  • On the second batch, after the signal, I pour out the prepared seeds.
  • We are waiting for the end of the program and get a fragrant delicious bread. After the readiness signal, I immediately take out the bucket and shake out the bread on the wire rack.

Note

I bake almost every other day. It always works. I follow the bun at the first batch, but I haven't had to add flour yet. I have a bread maker for 2 months. I bake this bread most often, I like it more than others. It tastes like a St. Petersburg loaf "Zenith". We even eat with tea instead of buns - it's very tasty. If you don't like the sweetish taste, reduce sugar, for me this amount is ideal.

Ina
I baked your bread. I liked it very much! Only in the process of kneading it was necessary to add flour, the bun stuck to the walls.
Luchik
It probably depends on the flour. I didn't have to add how much baking. I've been doing it on Makfa lately.
