And my three jugs are made of plastic and their volume is small, for two - 1 liter, and for the third I don't remember, there is a new one in a box. I use two, but first I cool the fatty broth until warm, and then pour it into two jugs in portions. In principle, these jugs work properly and I love them very much. But this volume is not enough for me and I do not have enough heat resistance, since all this lengthens the process of removing fat.
I especially like to use them when the broth contains vegetables fried in vegetable oil. Animal oil at least freezes and you can then simply remove it with a spoon, but vegetable oil does not. And I hate the taste of this vegetable oil in the soup.
If you lived in Russia, you could sell you one of your own jugs, it still costs extra.

At one time, I cooked concentrated chicken broths (a lot of meat - little liquid), for example, from chicken parts in a slow cooker. Then she strained the broth through a sieve, poured it into containers and put it in the freezer for storage.
Since the broth was initially very concentrated and saturated, I used it in diluted form 2-3 times. So much for saving space in the freezer. At the same time, I removed the fat before using the broth.

You can store the broth in the refrigerator the same way. But, here you can pass the broth through a separator (even small in volume), since its shelf life will be small, and also turn the concentrated broth into a full-fledged one if it is diluted 2-3 times.
