Linadoc, thanks for the delicious bread! Baked in the oven with oat bran. It stood a little in my proofing, but still it turned out very tasty and tender. For some reason, the sides did not turn red at all in the form.

Linadoc, I am again with a report. I really like your bread!
As usual - a little gag. I realized that I don't like the taste of bran in bread. Some kind of musty taste in them seems to me ... But in one of your recipes I read a brilliant idea - to fry the bran. And this turned out to be simply irreplaceable advice for me. The wonderful nutty flavor of roasted bran now adorns all my breads according to your recipes.
In general, everything that needed to be poured with boiling water, I previously fried in a dry pan until a pleasant aroma. Poured boiling water over and left until morning (without any distant thought, it was just so convenient for me). And by the way, my main connoisseur, who actually doesn't like seeds in bread, said that this time he liked it more than before, when I didn't brew the seeds.
In the morning I put everything in a bread maker, the flour was premium, put 335 grams, of which 40 grams of semolina T. I added a little more liquid (thick fermented baked milk) than according to the recipe, but in vain, it turned out to be too much and the bun was slightly smeared until the end of the batch.
She baked in x / p Panasonic on the main program. Since I was at home, I watched the process. About 15 minutes before the start of baking, the bread had already completely moved away and, in an amicable way, it was necessary to stop the program and turn on the baking. But I decided to bring the process to the end on the machine so that I have an idea of ​​the result.
The roof is uneven (it was the same during the proofing process) and fell noticeably, but the crumb is fluffy, the crust is thin and crispy, and the taste is beyond praise.

Conclusion - the bread turns out great on the machine on the main program, it was necessary to slightly increase the amount of flour (I still have it wet now) and, perhaps, slightly reduce the yeast (I put dry 1.5 tsp.)
