Flour 1 grade - 350 g
salt - 1.5 tsp.
sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
rast. oil - 1.5 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 0.5 tsp
Process:
I brewed supplements with 150 ml of boiling water. She shook the bread machine to the bottom, stirred it with kefir, salt, sugar, butter. Then she poured half of the flour, on it the sourdough mixed with 70 ml of warm water, the rest of the flour on top, into the yeast cavity. Diet bread mode, delay 4 hours, total 9 hours. I put it on for the night. But since I, loading the flour, decided that there would not be enough liquid, I splashed a little more. I had to get up at half past five to control the process. The liquid turned out to be too much, she poured a spoonful of flour. At 9 am I realized that there weren't enough spoons ... It turned out very tasty!
