Curd sour cream with berries

Ingredients

cottage cheese 150 g
vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l
milk 5 tbsp. l
flour 200 g
baking powder 1.5 tsp
Sour cream filling:
eggs (large) 3 pcs (I have 4 small ones)
sugar 125 g
sour cream 300 g
cottage cheese 150 gr (I have 300 gr)
flour 1.5 tbsp. l
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
any berry (I have frozen cherries and blueberries) 200-250 gr

Cooking method

  • Curd sour cream with berries
  • First, prepare the dough for the curd sour cream.
  • The dough can be kneaded in a food processor, but you can also knead it by hand. The dough is very light and kneads very quickly.
  • We mix cottage cheese, vegetable oil, milk.
  • It is advisable to sift flour with baking powder.
  • Add flour and baking powder to the curd mass.
  • Knead an elastic homogeneous mass.
  • The dough is soft and pliable to the touch, but does not stick to your hands at all.
  • Take the form you have (I have a silicone one), grease with oil (I did not grease) and evenly distribute the dough along the bottom, and make sides.
  • Lay out the berries you have. If the berries are frozen, you do not need to defrost them.
  • If you like very sweet pastries, or the berries are sour, you can rub the berries with sugar (this is optional, we have enough sweets)
  • Make a sour cream filling.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until foam and volume increase.
  • Add vanilla, sour cream, cottage cheese and flour and mix well at low speed of the mixer.
  • Gently pour the sour cream filling onto the dough with berries.
  • Preheat the oven to 190 * and place the pie. Bake until the pie is done, about 50 minutes.
  • You can take the form 23 - 24 cm. I have a form of 28 cm, I took 300 gr of cottage cheese.
  • I used to bake this cake in a mini oven. Yesterday I decided to try the oven at the Princess 115001 pizza maker.
  • Baked for 10 minutes at full power, from a cold state. Then I set the thermostat to 13 hours and another 15 minutes. Then she turned it off and did not open it for 15 minutes.
  • Ideally, the curd sour cream should be kept in the oven until it cools completely.
  • But I urgently needed a stove for further cooking and I took the form out into the cold. Therefore, the filling slightly fell off, but this did not affect the taste of the cake in any way.

Note

Sour cream cheese pie with berries is one of the simplest and at the same time very tasty and delicate pies. Preparing sour cream with cottage cheese is not at all difficult. At the same time, its pronounced curd taste and extraordinary lightness and tenderness should definitely please your relatives and friends.
