Light citrus jelly for diet food

Ingredients

medium lemon 1/2
large orange 1 whole
stevia / steviozd / rebaudioside taste
water 250 ml
agar 3 grams

Cooking method

  • Squeeze the juice from half the lemon and the whole orange.
  • Pour it into a ladle and water there. Stir.
  • Add stevia or stevioside to taste. I like sour things.
  • Pour some water and juice into a separate bowl, put agar there, stir.
  • Pour the agar solution into a small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil with constant stirring, boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour into a prepared container, cool.
  • Keep refrigerated.

A 5 ml spoon holds 2 g of agar.
Plus 5 spoons of 0.5 ml each, another 1 g.
So if you have the right tool, measuring 3 grams is not at all difficult.
