  • I have a new toy, a Tupperware Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker. Today I cooked borscht in it. It turned out very tasty, very fast and not at all confusing.

  • and add tomato paste. One more minute in the microwave ... and that's it ... frying for borscht is ready

  • While the frying was being prepared, the meat mode and chop the beets

  • Add potatoes

  • We close the TupperCook and put it in the microwave for 30 minutes at 900 W (this is the maximum time and power for this saucepan). The valve rose after 7 minutes from the start of cooking. When the time was up, I left the pressure cooker in the microwave until the valve was lowered, this is another 5-6 minutes.

I also really love borschik with cook, but I make one bookmark at once from vegetables and meat. Separately, I fry only beets with tomatoes or tomato paste. I put the cabbage at the very end when the borscht is ready, then there beetroot - tomato frying, close the lid and let it brew.

And pea soup from this pot is to eat away. All our cuckoo soups are immediately eaten and not even enough. Most often you have to cook 2 portions one after the other.
