Pork in vegetable sweet and sour sauce (multicooker Redmond RMC-02)

Ingredients

Pork (neck) 350 g
Sweet pepper (large) 1 PC
Carrots (medium) 2 pcs
Bow (medium heads) 2 pcs
Ketchup Heinz on demand
Heinz Sweet and Sour Sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
Vegetable oil on demand
Salt taste
Four Pepper Blend taste
Garlic 2 slices
Parsley root (dried) taste
Celery (dried) taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces, place in a multicooker bowl, add a little vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Install the Baking program. Fry (more precisely, simmer in its own juice) with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • Add medium-sized carrots, onions and peppers. Fry for 15 minutes with the lid open. Add ketchup, sweet and sour Heinz sauce (carrots, red and green peppers, onions, tomato puree, pineapples, pineapple syrup, bamboo sprouts, salt, pepper, vinegar, citric acid, sugar, soy sauce), fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Install the "Stew. Soup" program. Simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Add dried parsley and celery, add salt and pepper if necessary. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add chopped garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Let the dish brew for 10 minutes.
